Couples Ignite Therapy provides our new client documents online to make your first visit as comfortable as possible. Download documents right here, and bring them with you to your first appointment. New client paperwork is also available at our office. Please arrive fifteen minutes early to complete paperwork if you choose to do it in office.
The fee for fifty minute session is $120.00. The initial assessment fee is $140.00, and session time is approximately ninety minutes. CIT does not accept insurance, but will gladly take cash, checks, credit cards, Health Savings Accounts, and ecclesiastical pay.

Q: What is ecclesiastical pay?
A: This is when a religious establishment pays for the counseling session.
Q: How do I set up ecclesiastical pay?
A: If your ecclesiastical leader has agreed to help pay for services, please contact them to request a Bishop's Order. The Order must include the ecclesiastical leaders name, phone number, home address, the number of sessions the leader is willing to assist in paying for or a total dollar amount he/she is authorizing to pay for services rendered. Once completed by the leader, please submit the form to our office.
Q: What are the benefits of self pay?
A: CIT specializes in relationships, therefore when we are not required to provide a diagnosis we can focus solely on treating the relationship.
A: Therapists are not required to submit a diagnosis to insurance providers when it is self pay.
Q: Do you offer a sliding scale?
A: No sliding scale is offered.
